Ingredients: Dried Kaffir Lime Leaves

Taste and Aroma: Fragrant, powerful and one of a kind authentic Lime flavor.

Uses: Soup, curry, rice, syrup, Thai cuisine, Creole cuisine, rum, coconut soup and salad.

Substitutes: Kaffir Lime Leaf Powder or Lemon Grass

Fun Fact: Kaffir Lime Leaves are rare and expensive due to the harvesting process; which involves hand picking from long thorny branches.
