~It’s a visualization / meditation exercise for communicating with your subconscious mind (or your higher self, spiritual guides, a higher power, etc.)

This technique I found very helpful and really works for everyone!! I think we should all try this one time and have an open mind while doing this..

At INSTITUT ANCA–Anca Ariel Cercel I found it really helpful and I use it often before going to bed… It is to foresee and find your special room or place where you can connect with your subconscious mind where everything is imprinted and connect with your higher self… It is really effective and you can have my word for it!

Money and happiness…

imagesCAFC86C9 Yes, money does buy happiness and comfort but up to a certain point where you are able to live comfortably with the 3 basic needs(food, shelter and clothes). Beyond that, more and more cash doesn’t boost your wellbeing. Generosity brings true joy… So making excessive amounts of money wouldn’t contribute to your happiness. Of course education and a little of leisure money is good!
The more you give from your heart the more you will receive in any way and not necessarily moneywise but you will receive… This will be TRUE HAPPINESS!!

No need to compare and be like others but learn and take the good examples and be inspired by them and have our own uniqueness…

“We are each given unique gifts to assist us in carrying out our individual life’s purpose. This is why it doesn’t pay to compare ourselves to the person next to us.

Comparisons keep you from being the best version of yourself.

What you have to offer no one else ever can, because no one else is you.”
Yehuda Berg

Sleep and Learning

79The LEARNING process and Healthy sleep is essential for optimal learning and memory function!!

Sleep, learning, and memory are complex phenomena that are not entirely understood. However, animal and human studies suggest that the quantity and quality of sleep have a profound impact on learning and memory. Research suggests that sleep helps learning and memory in two distinct ways. First, a sleep-deprived person cannot focus attention optimally and therefore cannot learn efficiently. Second, sleep itself has a role in the consolidation of memory, which is essential for learning new information.

Although the exact mechanisms are not known, learning and memory are often described in terms of three functions. Acquisition refers to the introduction of new information into the brain. Consolidation represents the processes by which a memory becomes stable. Recall refers to the ability to access the information (whether consciously or unconsciously) after it has been stored.

Each of these steps is necessary for proper memory function. Acquisition and recall occur only during wakefulness, but research suggests that memory consolidation takes place during sleep through the strengthening of the neural connections that form our memories. Although there is no consensus about how sleep makes this process possible, many researchers think that specific characteristics of brainwaves during different stages of sleep are associated with the formation of particular types of memory.

True beauty lies within

A person’s true beauty resides within them. However, it shines through to the world in their eyes, their smile, their gestures, humanity and their goodwill towards other people, their social attitude and the world around them. Try walking around and saying “Hello or Good Morning” to everyone you meet for just one morning. Watch those that acknowledge you and smile or just nod. Not only do they smile but their eyes light up:-)
