Can’t Sleep At Night !?

It is good if the Mind Working so lead the Thoughts to Good and Positive Goals , real Ones as you really Think they may have to Manifest in a Material Plan !!! If the Thoughts are so Rich then Write them down and keep a Record on !! If we don’t keep it an Eye On and observing them , we risk to loose the Contact with the reality around and it’s Not Healthy !!! We may have to be able to identify our Thoughts Source and How the Mind Created and work on , to Create a Reality from Them , to create something Constructive from !! They are so many subjects and topics we can concentrate on and distract our Mind from Unhealthy Thoughts ! Read a Book , Write on your Personal Agenda as thoughts need to be bring on Surface , Develop your knowledge by Learning new things !! Create a Great Opportunity of times you can Sleep and Learn … New Things , as so many things we don’t know enough about !!! DON’T LET YOUR THOUGHTS to CONTROL YOU … KEEP CONTROL ON and never go in ARTIFICIAL PARADISE Drugs or other Substitutes !!! It is not an ILLUSION of GOOD or HAPPINESS we may have to Create but the GOOD , HAPPY and HEALTHY in Itself !!
