October is the second Autumn month – a time for moving forward from self-reflection and understanding to self-acceptance, forgiveness, and healing. The essential oils for this month are Palmarosa for self-acceptance, Roman Chamomile for forgiveness, Marjoram for healing grief, Lavender for healing on all levels, and Champaca for receptivity to spiritual guidance.
